Payment must include all options selected during registration (conference fee, conference dinner, t-shirt, Pleistocene excursion)
Conference Dinner: 200 PLN (max 80 people)
T-Shirt: 129 PLN

The conference fee covers:

Admission to all sessions;
Coffee break refreshments between sessions;
Admission to Icebreaker Party.

Please note that fees do not include costs of accommodation, lunches, fieldtrips and the conference dinner.

Fees will be refunded if an abstract is not accepted for oral or poster presentation.

EAVP Annual Meeting Grant

This year the EAVP is offering 7 Annual Meeting Grants (AMG) to support those who would like to attend the meeting but lack the financial support to do so.

The successful applicants for the AMG will have the conference fees reimbursed, plus 200 euros to help with associated accommodation and transport costs.

Refund Policy

Registration fees* will be refunded if an abstract is not accepted for oral or poster presentation.

Norefund of conference fee will be possible after 2 June. If you need to cancel or more information please send a quety to eavp2025@isez.pan.krakow.pl email or directly to the field-trip organizers.
