All talks will take place in the Krzysztofory Palace of the Museum of Krakow, exactly on the Main Market Square

Registration
The Registration and Information desk during Monday 30 June 2025 (from 10.00 to 19.00) will be opened in the hall of the Museum of Natural History ISEA PAS (Åšw. Sebastiana 9, Kraków, Poland) and from Tuesday to Friday (from 08.00 to 17.00) in the lobby of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences building.
Icebreaker Party
This event will take place at the Museum of Natural History of our Institute
(Åšw. Sebastiana 9, Kraków, Poland), which is around 15 minutes walking distance (through the Old Town) from the Main Conference Venue.

Abstracts
Abstracts should be plain, with a maximum of 400 words, Times New Roman, font size 12 (title 14), 1.5-line distance. No figures. No reference.

Presentations and conference format
All presentations will be conducted in-person and there will be no online presentations.
The guidelines for oral presentations and posters will be available online shortly. Please note that oral communications may be relocated to poster sessions in case that the allocated slots are insufficient.
Also please note that, due to conference time and lecture hall limitations, a maximum number of approximately 180 oral presentations and/or posters in total will be accepted.
How to get to Kraków
Kraków is the second largest city of Poland. The city is one of the major touristic destinations in Europe and therefore, there are multiple ways to arrive, whether by train, or bus, or airplane.
Arrival in Kraków
By train:
The City has a convenient direct railway connection with all large cities in Poland; the journey on the InterCity train from Warsaw takes only 2.5 hours. Apart from local connections, Kraków has direct railway connections with Berlin, Budapest, Bucharest, Hamburg, Kiev, Lviv, Prague, Vienna. All trains stop at the Kraków Main Train station in the city centre (in a walking distance from the Institute and the Conference venue).


By airplane:
There are multiple direct air connections all across Europe, via multiple airline companies, including low-cost ones.

Bus to/from airport:
Kraków Airport is served by three regular bus lines: 209 and 300 and one night line: 902. The bus stop is located near the passenger terminal.The current departures of the city buses are presented on the screen located near the information desk in the main hall. Train to/from airport:
The Kraków Airport train station is located near the passenger terminal, at the rear of the multi-storey car park and connects to the terminal building by a footbridge. Trains are equipped with air-conditioning, power outlets, WiFi and ticket machines. All trains operate 7 days a week. Accomodation
Accommodation is available in a wide range of hotels, hostels and B&Bs in the city centre, all within walking distance of the conference venue. It is also possible to stay in student dormitories (there are several large universities in Kraków), located at a short distance from the old town. Participants should contact the accommodation of their choice directly.
Participants are requested to pay for their own accommodation in their respective locations. Prices per night start at around 30 euros.
